I do alot of C# coding on the windows side. I know that MONO will allow me to write C# for mac, but is there a more native high-level language for developing GUI apps?
PS: I do not wish to code in C++

Python is your best bet.
Reply:Nope. And MONO is still in mid-development stages, so some things don't work.
You could try Java, as it is very similar to C#.
